Langarth Park - RCH Treliske - Truro College - Cornwall Council Offices - Truro Railway Station - River Street - Victoria Square
The hassle-free way to get right to the heart of Truro. And great value too! With effect from Monday 17th May 2010 improvements will be made to the Park and Ride Service between Langarth Park and Truro City Centre. Additional morning peak hour journeys will increase the frequency to every 10 minutes from 0730 up to 0800, and then off peak journeys will also be improved between 1030 and 1130 and again from 1430 to 1500 in the afternoon. To cater for additional demand between Langarth Park, Truro College and RCH Treliske a shuttle service will be introduced starting at 0725 and operating until 1733 from RCH Treliske approximately every 20 minutes throughout the day. Unfortunately due to the small numbers of passengers travelling between Langarth Park and RCH Treliske after 1900 the evening shuttle journeys up until 2020 will be withdrawn.

The 500 service now benefits from extra journeys to Maenporth and Helford Passage which were introduced on 29th March 2010. With the introduction of our Summer timetable on 23rd May 2010, no additional changes are made to this route. Passengers arriving on the 500 can get 50% off admission at Trebah and £1 of admission at Glendurgan just by presenting a valid Western Greyhound ticket! Services will usually be operated with easy-access low floor buses.

We are delighted to commence running the 505 on 28th May 2010, a brand new service connecting Tregustick, Smugglers Haven and Trevelgue Holiday Parks with Porth and Newquay Town Centre. It runs seven days a week throughout the holiday season until 1st September 2010.

With the introduction of our Summer timetable on 23rd May 2010, the 510 now departs from Stand 1 at Newquay Bus Station. There are now two additional journeys between Launceston and Okehampton on Mondays to Fridays as well as some minor adjustments to the 0730 journey from St Columb Major to Exeter in order to improve reliability. A connection to from Launceston to Tavistock is also now possible with our new 577, which replaces a journey operated by Carmel Coaches.

We are delighted to be running our new 540 service, introduced 4th April 2010, which replaces the evening and Sunday journeys on the 540 operated by First Devon and Cornwall. Please note that with the introduction of our Summer timetable on 23rd May 2010, on Sundays the route of this service in the Illogan area is revised so as to follow the same pattern as on Mondays to Saturdays namely from Park Bottom direct to Portreath, then Bridge to Illogan and Redruth.

With the introduction of our Summer timetable on 23rd May 2010, the lunchtime journey from St Neot to Liskeard will run 3 minutes earlier at 1340 and not serve Dobwalls.

via Launceston and Callington
With the introduction of our Summer timetable on 23rd May 2010, the timetable for this service is considerably improved. On Mondays to Saturdays, the timetable from approximately 1500 is amended. Changes include the previous journey at 1650 from Bude to Callington now running at 1705 right through to Plymouth with an additional journey from Plymouth to Launceston at 1905. Following passenger requests, the 2100 bus from Plymouth to Kelly Bray will run at 2105 and continue to Stoke Climsland. On Saturdays the timetable is further improved during the daytime, with an extra bus from Bude to Plymouth at 0950 and back from Plymouth to Bude at 1550 as well as an extra journey from Plymouth to Launceston at 1350.

The 583 service now benefits from an extension to Perran Sands Holiday Park (giving campsite-residents two buses an hour to Truro and Perranporth) which was introduced on 29th March 2010. With the introduction of our Summer timetable on 23rd May 2010, the service is again extended to Newquay to give additional fast journeys between Perranporth, Perran Sands and Newquay. This will provide a 30 minute frequency on Mondays to Saturdays during the daytime between Perranporth & Perran Sands in both directions.

In addition, to improve reliability, buses from Truro towards Perranporth and Newquay will generally leave Truro five minutes later at quarter to and quarter past the hour during the day, and quarter past the hour in the evening. With the introduction of our Summer timetable on 23rd May 2010, there are minor timetable adjustments to this service including the afternoon bus from Bude no longer serving Marhamchurch. The Budehaven children from Marhamchurch will now travel on Service 576. On Sundays this service will additionally serve Okehampton Station. In line with demand the service between Bude and Holsworthy Hospital via Pyworthy will be withdrawn on Saturdays.
